Kiew Wan Sawasdee

'Sawasdee' (how to say 'Hello' in Thai) and welcome everyone to our space 'Kiew Wan Guide'. This is where you can find our life style stories in Thai as local people do.

First of all, let me introduce what is 'Kiew Wan Guide', it is the name of Thai famous and popular dish. It is made with green curry and coconut milk as soup, we also put some meat inside but mostly is chicken (it is pronouned as KAI, similar as Guide), mixed with Thai herb like the eggplant, sweet basil, and chilly. But someone may add more ingredient which is what they like and we serve with rice or rice noodle.

If anyone is travelling in Thailand now and looking for Thai dish experience, you can find it almost everywhere you visit in Thailand. Just prepare your tongue for the hot spicy taste.
